At 21WEAR, we want every customer to feel confident and comfortable with their purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us within the 14-day period by email or through our contact form.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 calendar days to return your item(s).

2. Return Conditions

To receive a full refund, returned items should:

• Be unworn and unwashed, except for trying them on as you would in a physical store.
• Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks and other damage.
• Have their original tags and labels attached, where possible.
• Be returned with their original packaging, where reasonably possible.

You may try on your items to check their fit and appearance.

If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its fit, features or condition, a deduction may be made from the refund to reflect any loss in value.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

1. Contact us through our website or customer service email within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Our team will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
4. Pack your items securely and send them back within 14 days of notifying us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for standard returns, provided these costs were communicated before purchase.

If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

For a full-order withdrawal, we will also refund the original standard delivery costs. Additional costs for premium or express shipping are not refundable.

For partial returns, the original delivery costs are generally not refunded.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Sale & Archive Items

Items purchased during promotions, seasonal sales or our Archive Sale are not eligible for returns.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or color, you may return your original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order through our website.

All replacement orders are subject to availability.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and, if available, clear photos.

We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution, such as a repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.

9. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order has already been shipped, you can exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery, in accordance with this policy.
